A Brunch Menu for Entertaining

With graduations, weddings, guests spending the weekend and summer house vacations dotting our calendar, it’s the perfect time to add fresh new recipes to our favorite weekend meal - Brunch! In this hands on and demonstration style class Sharyn Singer, Chef at The Cliffside Inn, will inspire us to look beyond the usual as she shares tricks to perfectly poach, scramble and cook over easy eggs for a crowd. She’ll also teach us to make & bake: Blueberry Streusel Muffins, Mascarpone Stuffed French Toast with Caramelized Pears, Omelette with Asparagus, Homemade Ricotta and Feta Cheese Topped with Fresh Herbs and a very unique Fruit Parfait. We’ll also make and taste some brunch worthy drinks to top off the menu!
