What are the legal problems that might arise in the course of setting up and running a small business? How can you protect yourself against potential problems? This workshop gives you an overview of potential legal liability risks and how you can minimize them.  Among the topics covered will be selecting a legal entity for your business, contracts, insurance, procedures and policies, and protecting your reputation.
