--See the enchanting farm. Meet owners India Loevner (a Butler County farm girl), Joe Loevner (Squirrel Hill born-and-bred), and cheesemaker Matt Rychorowicz, (Butler County homie.)
--Taste astonishing products with whimsical names:
Bamboozle--goat, aged, Roundabout Beer-washed rind; Stampede--goat/cow milk, aged; Chickabiddy--goat, 6-inch pyramid, mushroomy, bloomy rind, More Cowbell--soft-ripened all-cow's milk, Hootenanny--Gouda-style goat, and Cowboy Coffee--rubbed with Commonplace Coffee House's rich espresso.
--Tour milking room. Milk a goat if you wish? In small groups. see the barn (70 kids born in recent weeks), milking room, and aging room.
--Sit down to a generous guided tasting, cheeses paired with Roundabout beer, condiments, Apoidea honey.
