The Cuisine of Central Italy: Emilia-Romagna/Bologna & Le Marche with Chef Deja Hart 

Emilia-Romagna is affectionately known as the “bread basket” of Italy and Le Marche is renowned for it's fresh Adriatic seafood. This region is considered by many as the gastronomic and culinary heart of Italy! Emilia-Romagna is home of  Prosciutto (Parma), the Balsamic vinegar of Modena, highly prized Parmigiano-Reggiano (Parmesan) and stuffed pastas   -Lasagna, Ravioli, Cannelloni and Tortellini!
