Emilia Romagna, Italy Emilia-Romagna is affectionately known as the “bread basket” of Italy and Le Marche is renowned for it's fresh Adriatic seafood. This region is considered by many as the gastronomic and culinary heart of Italy! Emilia-Romagna is home of  Prosciutto (Parma), the Balsamic vinegar of Modena, highly prized Parmigiano-Reggiano (Parmesan) and stuffed pastas   -Lasagna, Ravioli, Cannelloni and Tortellini!  
Tortellini In this hands on and demonstration style class Chef Deja Hart will teach us to make a Menu of:Calamari Ripieni en Salsa Di Pomodoro: Risotto Stuffed Calamari in Tomato SauceTortellini en Brodo: Turkey, Mortadella, Prosciutto and Parmesan Filled Pasta in BrothFragoline al Balsamico: Strawberries with Balsamic Vinegar and Mascarpone Cheese on Crostini
