Fraud: What can you do to reduce the risk?

Employee fraud is faced by organizations of all types and sizes.  While internal controls do not guarantee a fraud will not be committed, controls are the first line of defense in reducing fraud risk.  It is much easier to prevent a potential fraud than recovering your losses after it has occurred.  The presentation will discuss the key internal controls that you should have in place, explore the fraud triangle and indications that it may be happening in your organization.
