COCA's Annual Trap/Skeet & Hand-gun Shooting Event

It's a day to get out of the office and mingle with your co-workers and invited guests!  More than 650 people participated in the events associated with the COCA Annual Outing in 2016.

Trap & Skeet Shoot is held at the Winchester Trap & Skeet Facility, which will also host registration for the day.. Click here for directions.

Target Shooting is held at the Winchester Handgun Facility, just a hop, skip and a jump from the Trap & Skeet Facility.  Participants will be shuttled from the Trap and Skeet Facility to the Gun Range for Target shooting.

Times and Program Format:
- 7:30 am - 2:00 pm: Check-in/Registration (follow signs)  NOTE:  ALL shooters MUST Check-in PRIOR to shooting!
- 8:00 am - 4:30 pm:  Trap, Skeet and Shooting Events

- 11:00 am - 1:00 pm: Lunch (Tent Area)
- 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm:  Complimentary Burgers/Brats & Beer Social at Spencer T. Olin Golf Course, under the pavilion!

Cost per Shooter is $195.00 The registration fee includes lunch, use of gun ammunition and targets for unlimited trap/skeet and handgun shooting. You do not need to be an experienced shooter!  Please feel free to bring your own personal shotgun or handgun.  Please keep in mind the shooting facilities may or may not have the ammo you need for your type of gun.  For more information on ammo availability, you may call the Trap and Skeet Facility at 618-258-2633; the Handgun Facility at 618-258-2629. 

Cost per Trap Sign Sponsorship is $225.00.  Your company also has the opportunity to purchase a Trap Sponsorship Sign.  If you purchase more than one sign, the first sign will be placed at the trap & skeet grounds.  Any additional signs purchased will be dispersed evenly throughout the 3 golf course (or at the the course where your company may have a team playing).   

RAFFLE OPPORTUNITY  Raffle tickets will be $20.00 each for the chance at two different items (tickets for both will be available for purchase at the Burger & Brat Social).  Raffle tickets for a Shotgun will be available for purchase at the Trap/Skeet registration table and at the Burgers and Brats event until 6:30 p.m.  (There will also be raffle tickets available for purchase at the Burger and Brat Social for a chance to win a set of Golf clubs w/Golf bag).  Winners will be drawn at 7:00 p.m. 

EVENT SPONSORSHIP:  Your company also has the opportunity to sponsor this event through various choices.  Sponsorships include: Driving Range at all 3 courses, Hospitality Tent at all 3 courses and the trap/skeet range, 3 luncheons each at all 3 courses and the trap/skeet range and 2 opportunities to sponsor the Burgers & Brats Dinner which is held at Spencer T. The Four-Person Golf Scramble, held concurrently with the shooting event is hosted at the Spencer T. Olin Community Golf Course, the Fox Creek Golf Club, and the Belk Park Golf Course.

Rounding out the day is the free Burgers and Brats Social held under the pavilion at Spencer T. Olin. Owners,

Contractors, Labor Leaders, and invited guests have an opportunity to get together in an informal setting to enjoy some food, beverages, and fellowship.
