Bean Family Garden Tour

FoHVOS Private Land Stewardship Program members Mark and Samantha Bean have transformed their backyard into an ecological paradise with the help of FoHVOS Stewardship Director Mike Van Clef and landscape architect David Hughes of Weatherwood Design. They converted their neighborhood detention basin into a thriving meadow and have implemented a number of environmentally beneficial features into their own yard. Stop by for a tour and see how you can turn your backyard into a sanctuary for native plants and wildlife!

Registration is $10 for FoHVOS members and $15 for non-members. Registration is free for children under 18.
Can't attend but want to know more about the FoHVOS Private Lands Stewardship Program? Visit our PLSP page here for more information, or email Mike Van Clef at mvanclef@fohvos.org.

Please consider becoming a member of FoHVOS. Your contribution will fund forest and meadow restoration, preserve stewardship, and more events like this one! Membership begins at $40. Click here to pay through PayPal.
