2017 Fall Professional Development Conference & Trade Show Registration 

General Show Information

MOVE-IN: Monday, October 30 from 1:00 - 5:00 p.m.

VENDOR ORIENTATION: Monday, October 30 at 3:45 p.m. (Refreshments will be provided)

SHOW TIMES: Monday, October 30 from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. AND Tuesday, October 31 from 9:00 - 11:00 a.m.  These are DEDICATED show times. We do NOT schedule classroom time during our show times. 

Vendors are welcome to invite their local clients from other law enforcement agencies to attend the trade show between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday!! 

MOVE-OUT: Tuesday, October 31 starts at 12:00 p.m.

COSTS: Standard 8'x10' booth $515 Regular Price - MSA Members receive 15% Discount!  Please use discount code MEMBER2017. Membership renewal may be purchased along with your booth. 

 Additional booths (Membership discount may also be used on these):

  • 8x20 booth $865 Regular Price. MINIMUM SIZE FOR VEHICLE DISPLAY!        
  • 8x30 booth $1,245 Regular Price       
  • 8x40 or 16x20 booth $1,695 Regular Price  
BOOTH EQUIPMENT: All booths will be 8' deep by 10' wide with 8' high back drape and 3' high side dividers. Booths include one 2' by 8' covered and skirted table, two chairs, one wastebasket and a Booth ID sign. An exhibitor kit, including shipping instructions, will be emailed to you once your payment is received.

VEHICLE DISPLAY: Vehicles can be displayed in booth space inside the exhibit hall. Exhibitors are required to reserve enough exhibit space to include their vehicle.  Please click here to download the Vehicle Display Requirements Form  All vehicles must meet these requirements/No Exceptions.

*MSA reserves the right to shift Trade Show start and/or end time and orientation time up to one hour either way. Email notifications will be given if times shift.  Dates will not change.

This fall we will be staying at the beautiful Grand Traverse Resort! Click here to make your room reservation. The Code SRA2017 should be entered for the discounted rate.  You can also call direct: 1-800-968-7352. The sooner you get your request in, the better opportunity you have to secure a room. The room block expires 9/28/2017. (All rates are subject to state and local taxes.  If you are tax exempt, you must provide proper documentation)

The Michigan Sheriffs' Association has engaged the services of a photographer for our conferences. By registering as a vendor for the 2017 Fall Professional Development Conference & Trade Show, you agree that any photographs taken of you may be used in our Newsletters, on Facebook, and on the Michigan Sheriffs' Association website.
