2017 BLUE HAWK Fall Advisory Forum

Join us in Carlsbad, California at the Omni La Costa for the 2017 BLUE HAWK Fall Advisory Forum. 

Once again we will have a half day Fall Advisory Forum Meeting on Monday of the event.  We encourage all attendees to participate in the advisory forum.  You can signup for just the one day portion of the event or stay and enjoy some other networking opportunities for the full three days.

Members, Vendor Partners and Solution Partners are encouraged to participate in the meeting. Following the advisory forum, we will play 45 holes of golf (27 holes on Tuesday and 18 holes on Wednesday). New this year we are offering a Temecula Wine Tour for the non-golfers.

Don't wait to register.  Once the hotel and/or the optional activities fill up we might not be able to get more space.  Space is very limited.

Please register and reserve your room ASAP.  If we need more rooms, we must add them sooner rather than later because once the hotel is sold out we will not be able to add more rooms.

If paying by check, we will invoice you in August.

Advisory Forum ONLY: 
$150 per attendee (Registration fee is fully refundable if cancelled prior to September 15, 2017)
If you would like to take part in Monday's Advisory Forum only, sign up for the Fall Advisory Forum ONLY option.  This will cover lunch on Monday, the meeting, and Monday night's reception. If you are planning on attending the entire event (Monday-Wednesday), you'll register for the Full Conference Registration Fee option below.

Full Event Registration Fee: 
$337 per attendee (Registration fee is fully refundable if cancelled prior to September 15, 2017)
The registration fee covers all 3 days of the event, including lunch on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, the Advisory Forum, and 2 receptions. Receptions will include an open bar and heavy hor d'oeuvres.  The Omni La Costa is a higher end resort and the food and beverage costs are higher then they have been the last few years.

Spouse/Guest Fee: 
$275 per attendee (Spouse/Guest fee is fully refundable if cancelled prior to September 15, 2017)
The spouse/guest fee covers attending all receptions and will include an open bar and heavy hor d'oeuvres and the Awards Lunch on Wednesday. If they will be attending the Monday and Tuesday lunches or the Monday meeting, please register them as an attendee under the "Full Event Registration Fee".

Golf Fees: 
(Golf fees are fully refundable if cancelled prior to September 15, 2017)
$408 per player for both days (45 holes total)
The golf fee includes greens fee, use of practice facility, range balls, and shared cart rental. 

The BLUE HAWK Cup Golf Event will be played in a Ryder Cup style format with 27 holes on Tuesday and 18 holes on Wednesday.  Due to overseeding, we will be playing all rounds on the Champions Course.

Practice rounds are available by calling the course directly.

Temecula Wine Tour Fee:  (non-golfers only)
(If you plan on playing in the golf event, you will not be able to participate in the wine tour.  This event is for non-golfers.) (Wine Tour is fully refundable if cancelled prior to September 15, 2017)
$150 per person
Includes transportation to and from Temecula, tourguide, tours/tastings at 3 wineries (wineries will be determined once we know how many people register), snacks, lunch at a winery, champagne on the tour bus, and discounts on any wine purchased on the tour.

BLUE HAWK Room Rate:
Standard Guest Room - $249 per night on single or double occupancy plus tax and resort fee.

Resort fee - $15 per night
The resort fee includes toll free, credit card and limited local area calling, entrance to the state-of-the-art Athletic Club, in-room high speed Internet access, wireless Internet hot spots, in-room coffee and tea and daily newspaper. These items are subject to change.

Group rate is available three days pre/post the event dates and subject to availability. Reserve your room right away once we run out of rooms, we may not be able to add more.

If you need to cancel your room, you must do so at least 3 days prior to arrival.

Golf Information 

The BLUE HAWK Cup Golf Event will be played in a Ryder Cup style format with 27 holes on Tuesday and 18 holes on Wednesday. 

Champions Course
The historic home of 37 PGA events, the Champions Course features beautifully manicured fairways and tees, surpassed only by its exceptional greens, which are some of the best in the West. Keep your equipment dry while in the trenches with a modern drainage system installed for sustainability, improving irrigation and water flow throughout both the Champions and Legends golf courses. Temecula Wine Tour Information.
The Temecula Valley has over 35 world class wineries and will have over 100 wineries within the next four years. Temecula is on the way to becoming the next Napa Valley!

Rural in nature, sustainable in farming practices and including an agricultural preserve known as the Citrus/Vineyard zone, the Temecula Valley is widely recognized as the 'jewel' of Riverside County.
Known for its diversity, wineries  in the Temecula Valley grow and produce over 50 different varietals of wine; from Cabernet Sauvignon to Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot to Mourvedre, Viognier to Chardonnay.

Tour will include:
