Diana is the Second VP of Business Intelligence and Advanced Analytics at Travelers Corporation. In this role, she leads the advanced analytical technologies and artificial intelligence delivery for Business Insurance, leveraging big data technologies and cloud solutions as well as traditional database and on-premise technologies. Prior to Travelers, Diana has worked in the retail, financial services and transportation industries building digital strategies and customer insight and advanced analytics solutions for point of sale, marketing, product recommendation engines, and transactional decisioning.
