The Asian lunch buffet on Tuesday includes: Egg Drop Soup, Full Salad Bar, Asian Slaw, Vegetable Lo Mein Salad, Stir Fry Station (fresh vegetable cooked to order), Mongolian Beef (marinated flank steak sauteed withe green onions, soy sauce, and black pepper), Hawaiian Teriyaki Chicken (grilled chicken breast, brushed with savory teriyaki sauce, finished with pineapple salsa), Crispy Egg Rolls, Vegetable Fried Rice and House Special Bread Pudding, Pineapple Upside-Down Cake plus beverages (iced tea, lemonade, sodas, coffee or water)
