Therapeutic Hypnosis Training Program with Dr. Carlos de León ~ First Module Starts on January 26, 2017
This one-year program is offered in four 5-day intensive modules, one per quarter, starting on January 24, 2018, and concluding on November 27, 2018. Consisting in both lecture and experiential training, the course is designed for students with clinical credentials and/or an extensive familiarity with psychotherapeutic principles and techniques. Enrolment is limited to 40 students and each application requires the approval of Dr. de León.
The wide-ranging curriculum addresses the many approaches and applications of hypnosis, including the hazards. It explores the dynamics of suggestion, the induction and deepening of trance states; the development of hypnotic power including its sensory disturbances and psychic phenomena; and the myriad applications of hypnosis (from body/mind therapy, sports medicine and police investigations, to psychic and spiritual development and the profound exploration of consciousness)!
Training Programs are an immersion learning experience. Each of the 5 Modules runs from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, Friday, Saturday & Sunday; combining lecture and practice. Under the guidance of Dr. Carlos de León, students learn and polish techniques designed to awaken and support our connection with the Divine, and open before us a profound path of Grace. A – Payment Plan ~ Early Bird Fee: $4500 + GST; After October 26, 2017 ~ $5000 + GST
Early Bird Fee: First payment of $450 + GST is due at the time of submission of application, and the Second Payment of $450 + GST is due on or before October 26, 2017; plus 8 equal payments on the 15th of each month, December through July, 2018
Regular Fee: First payment of $500 + GST is due at the time of submission of application, and the Second Payment of $500 + GST is due on or before October 26, 2017, plus 8 equal monthly payments on the 15th of each month, December to July. 2018. (The fee will be prorated if enrollment for the program commenced after October 26, 2017)
B – Payment in Full ~ Early Bird Fee: $4000 + GST. After October 26, 2017 the Full Fee Payment is $4500 + GST
Early Bird Fee: First payment of $450 + GST is due at the time of submission of application: a Payment of $550 + GST is due on or before October 26, 2017; and the balance of $3000 + GST is due on or before November 26, 2017
Regular Fee: First payment of $1000 + GST is due at the time of submission of application if past the date of October 26, 2017, and the balance of $3500 + GST, is payable on or before November 26, 2017

ONTOGONY EVOLUTION LTD - TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR REGISTRANTS
This document provides important information about the policies pertaining to all teachings (including public talks, workshops, retreats, growth groups, and training programs) hosted by Ontogony Evolution LTD. All participants should review this information carefully before registering for any of these offerings. Registering for any Ontogony Evolution LTD teaching signifies that you have accepted these policies.
Please scroll down for information about registration and payment options, course cancellation and rescheduling, and other important considerations. These policies apply to all teachings, as appropriate, although participants are advised to refer, as well, to the individual course descriptions for more fulsome instructions pertaining to a particular teaching.
PLEASE NOTE: The terms ‘teaching(s)’ and ‘course(s)’ are used interchangeably throughout this document to refer to the full range of public talks, workshops, retreats, growth groups, and training programs offered by Ontogony Evolution LTD.
Registration: To register for a teaching, please follow the link at the end of each event page listed on the www.ontogony.com which will take you to the registration page specific for each event.
Please Note: Dr. Carlos de León reserves the right to decline admission to anyone, should he deem that admission inadvisable for either the person or the group, or both.
Course Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: We understand that schedules can be difficult to manage and we want to help our students in every way possible. However, it is possible that we may have to cancel courses from time to time due to insufficient enrollment or other issues that are beyond our control. Students who have registered for teachings that are cancelled by Ontogony Evolution LTD may re-register for subsequent equivalent teachings at no additional charge.
If a student has pre-paid, he or she will have the option of rescheduling or having his/her tuition refunded without penalty. If you paid by cheque or cash, please allow a minimum of 30 days to receive your refund cheque. If you paid by credit card, please allow a minimum of 5 business days to credit your account.
Student-Requested Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Requests to cancel or reschedule a course should be made in writing to Ontogony Evolution LTD, who will confirm the cancellation or rescheduling either by e-mail or phone. (Please use the attached Cancellation Request Form.) If the registrant does not receive a confirmation of cancellation or rescheduling within three (3) business days of the request, he or she should call the Administrative Office at 604.813.2848 to reconfirm the change.
Due to the high demand for our teachings and participant limits for some of our courses, we ask for your consideration in informing us of any requests for cancellation or rescheduling as early as possible. This may result in not only minimizing any penalty fee involved, but also allowing us to offer your space to someone else.
Penalty Fees for Student-Requested Cancellation or Rescheduling: Please note that penalty fees will apply to student requests for cancellation and rescheduling of any of the teachings offered by Ontogony Evolution LTD. Penalties vary according to the cost of the teaching and the timeframe of the request for cancellation or rescheduling. Please refer to the individual course descriptions for detailed information on how these penalties will be applied.
Special Circumstances: Cases of family and/or medical emergencies may result in a full refund (minus administrative fees). These will be considered on a case-by-case basis. In order to be considered for a refund, you must notify Ontogony Evolution LTD by e-mail (info@ontongy.com) as early as possible, prior to the start of the course or as soon as an emergency arises. Transfers may only be made to courses where there are spots available.
No-Show Policy: Student ‘no-shows’ for any teaching will forfeit the full cost of that teaching. All students are required to pay their tuition deposit or in full prior to the start of their course, and their attendance will not be confirmed until payment has been recieved. Students who have not fulfilled this requirement will not be admitted to class unless special circumstances have been discussed with and accepted by Ontogony Evolution LTD beforehand.

Cancellation Policy and Fees:
Variable refunds for cancellations are available, as follows:- In the case of any cancellation requests received prior to (45 days before the first day of the program), 75% of the full program fee will be refunded;
For cancellation requests received prior to (30 days before the first day of the program), 50% of the full program fee will be refunded;
For cancellation requests received prior to (15 days before the first day of the program), 25% of the full program fee will be refunded.
No refunds will be given after January 11, 2018. In special circumstances, however, a person may be able to bank credits or transfer them to another individual. Such requests to either bank credits or transfer them to someone else must be submitted in writing to Ontogony Evolution LTD (info@ontongy.com), and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Banked credits must be used within one year of the originally scheduled program.
Ontogony Evolution LTD will confirm all cancellations or requests to bank or transfer credits by e-mail. If you do not receive a confirmation of your request within three (3) business days, please call 604.813.2848 to reconfirm the change.
