2017 Laurita Winery Its a Wine and Jeep Thing 

Welcome to the2017  Laurita Winery It's a Wine and Jeep Thing Festival sponsored by Pine Belt Jeep of Lakewood.  Food Trucks, Fire PIts, Fire Works, Wine, Sangria, Music and JEEPS!   

Come One Come All for your chance to win CASH, PRIZES AND AWARDS!

Discounted Pre-Registration for this event is $15.00.  Registration fee includes access for the driver and his jeep into the Jeep Shine Contest Display area for both days and a chance to win CASH, PRIZES AND AWARDS!  Upon signing in the first day the driver will receive their free  Laurita Winery Souvenir Glass and  their 2017  Laurita Winery and Pine Belt Jeep Limited Edition "It's a Wine and Jeep Thing" T-Shirt. Pre-registration will end on Friday May 19, 2017 at 5pm.  When registering be sure to note your T-shirt Size and which Class Group you would like to enter your jeep into the contest.  

 Onsite registration will also be available Saturday and Sunday Morning.  The Registration Fee for the days of the events is $25.00 per jeep and allows for access of the driver and his jeep.  It will include a free Laurita Winery Souvenir glass and a T-shirt based upon available sizes.  

Additional family member discounted tickets are available during this pre-registration process at a cost of $5.00 per person per day with a maximum of 5 additional family members (21 and over) . Age 20 and under is free and are included in the total additional count of 5 maximum.  Any tickets purchased for 21 and over will also receive a free Laurita Winery Souvenir Glass.  Be sure to have picture ID's for proof of age.   Not included in the price is a T-shirt.  Additional T-shirts may be purchased at the discount price of $15.00 per T-shirt during this pre-registration process. The T-shirts will also be available the weekend of the event for $20.00 each. 

All registered jeep owners will receive an email on May 19th with further details and instructions.  

Jeep Vehicle Sign in will be between 8am and 4pm. on Saturday and on Sunday between 9am and Noon to be eligible for contest and awards.  You will enter the grounds from the Festival Parking lot grounds located behind the Inn at Laurita.  Follow the directions to the main admission entrance gate.  Be prepared to show Security your  Drivers License,along with the  Registration and Insurance card (for jeep or tow trailer).  Be sure to bring your printed copy of your registration paper.  Anyone over 21 will be rquired to provide their picture ID too.  Once signed in and banded you will follow signs to the check in area and to your assigned group category.  Further details to follow and if you have any other questions please feel free to contact me at nproctor@lauritawinery.com

You will must maintain a slow steady speed at all times.  No speeding or raising dust.  This is a family fun activity with lots of kids and activities going on and we have neighbors that do not like the excess dust.  Anyone not following directions and safe speeds will be asked to leave the grounds and will forfeit any fees paid.  

Judges will be walking around all day Saturday and Sunday and the winners will be announced and presented with their awards and prizes at 3pm on Sunday by the main band stage. 

No outside food or beverages (alcohol or non-alcohol) are permitted to be brought onto the property.  There will be a cash wine, water and sangria bar located in the Jeep display area for Registered Jeep owners and their family guests.  Food will be available at anyone of the 26 food trucks.
