You have the option to donate a $25.00 to $50.00 or more value prize for the Jeep Contests. Should you opt to do the donation it is mandatory that you contact me by 5/12/17 so that we can set up drop off or delivery of the donation by the 15th. If you register for this option and do not contact me prior to the 12th and delivery of donation is not done by the 15th, you will not be permitted access to the grounds to sell at the event unless other arrangements have been made directly with me.
There is limited space left and it is first come first serve registration.

Spaces are 10 x 10 It is an outdoor festival, Rain or Shine. Bring tent, table, chairs, lighting for night sales, small generator for electric, if needed as there isn't electric available for every acre of the property. Spaces are assigned by the coordinator. Set up begins at 8am and festival starts at 11am. 15 minute unload time is allowed and vehicles are not permitted to be parked on the festival grounds. Once unloaded you will be directed where to park.
Event is May 20 & 21, 2017 Hours are Saturday 11am to 10pm & Sunday 11am to 8pm. Retail vendors are requested to remain open until at least dusk and we request that you be able to participate both days. Our expected attendance is 3000-7000+ per day.
Fireworks Display is Saturday only at approx. 9:15pm.
Pl;ease note, due to past complaints and issues, Laurita requests that all vendors refrain from drinking until after vending hours.
