In an airplane emergency, we are told: “take the oxygen first before assisting others”. On the ground, whether you are a health practitioner or not, it can be very difficult to balance care of yourself with the care of others. Together we will explore questions around these issues. Not only can self-care have a powerful impact on our lives and those around us, memories of these times are also potent. They are like seeds that hold vital information about how we can promote our own health today and into the future.
In this experiential session, I will offer a process designed to help you find your “seeds” of self-care and access the wisdom they carry. This can help you take better care of yourself and those around you.
