ACT Essentials Week Summer 2017

This week-long ACT Essentials Intensive is for rising 11th Graders who want a head start on the ACT in a condensed format. The curriculum includes one mock test and 4 two-hour classes, which focus on content, strategy, and test-taking skill that cover the exam. Class sizes of fewer than 12 students allow the CATES Class Leader to provide individualized feedback to each of the students to help them address their individual needs and strategy for ACT preparation before their Junior year. 

ACT Essentials Intensive Schedule

• Monday: Mock Test   1:30-5:00pm 
• Tuesday: English       1:30-3:30pm
• Wednesday: Math       1:30-3:30pm
• Thursday: Reading/Science   1:30-3:30pm
• Friday: Essay/Math     1:30-3:30pm

• Full Price: $350
  

Due to current space constraints, the number of students allowed to attend will be limited.

• Classes that do not meet minimum enrollment will be cancelled and their registrants offered either a refund or an equal value of private tutoring
• CATES does not offer students the opportunity to make up missed sessions.
• CATES will work with students to make up any classes canceled by CATES due to weather, state of emergency or any other reason.
• In our mock tests CATES strives to create the closest possible approximation of real testing conditions, however there are conditions for some specific accommodations that we are unable to replicate. Please contact mocktest@catestutoring.com for more information.
• Student behavior that disrupts classes will result in an initial warning emailed to the client. Subsequent disruptive behavior will result in dismissal from the program. Clients dismissed in the first half of the program will receive a pro-rated refund. Clients dismissed at or after the program's half-way point will not receive any refund.
