You're invited to attend a Free Introductory Talk on Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), the 8-week course in mindfulness meditation, gentle yoga, and scientific research pioneered by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn  at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. Madeline Ebelini, MA, RYT   Madeline is the founder of Integrative Mindfulness  in Bonita Springs which offers programs and workshops in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction and other health-promoting and life-enhancing programs which utilize mindfulness as the medium for exploring our human potential.  She holds a Masters Degree in Transpersonal Psychology and is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT). She completed professional training in MBSR with senior faculty at the Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care, and Society at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, including Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn. She is a frequent writer and speaker on mindfulness meditation and stress, and serves on the teaching faculty of where she teaches Mindfulness at Work.
