Donor Contact Reports: Implementing a System That Works

Effective contact reports help you raise more money today and build your capacity to raise more money tomorrow.  But gift officers are rarely trained to write reports that contain the most important information and advancement offices do not always make these essential reports a priority.

In his recent book, Writing Meaningful Contact Reports: A Handbook for Fundraisers, author and consultant Jason McNeal, Ph.D., guides you through the challenges of writing and utilizing contact reports and helps set your team up for success. Join us for this Gonser Gerber Institute webinar in which Dr. McNeal presents the most valuable tips from his book and helps you implement a contact reporting system which will assist you in raising more money today and tomorrow.

Topics in this webinar include:

  • Demonstrating how contact reports can play a vital part in strengthening your institution’s culture of philanthropy
  • Providing examples of successful contact reports
  • Addressing ways to make writing and filing contact reports easier
  • Providing worksheets and templates to assist your whole team in writing and using reports more effectively
