About our speaker:
Jessica Durando is the deputy world editor for USA TODAY. She covers breaking news, international affairs and United States policy issues related to world leaders and governments. She is responsible for leading a team of 10 full-time journalists and over 40 contract reporters to cover news related to U.S. interests across the globe. Durando was named to this position in March 2016 after serving as a news editor on the Nation Now team for USA TODAY. This team was an incubator of innovation and led the company in generating viral content for the rest of USA TODAY’s parent company, Gannett, through its 109 news website and mobile platforms.
