Beginning Crochet: Granny Squares 

 

Start your crochet adventure with the classic granny square! This timeless motif is the perfect jumping off point to learn the basics of crochet. Our instructor, Elle, will take you from slip knot to completed granny square in one afternoon and share project ideas that can incorporate the granny square.

 

Materials:

Worsted Weight Yarn (bring a variety of colors or variegated if you wish)

Crochet Hooks ranging in size from 7-I 9

Other yarn weights and hooks may be substituted. Check with the shop beforehand, or Elle can advise on the day of class.
