Cracking the Code: Understanding Graduation Options for Students with Disabilities

Join us and other families as we explore the graduation and diploma options available to students with disabilities including the Career Development and Occupational Studies Credential (CDOS) and the Skills and Achievement Commencement Credential (SACC). Discover essential, but often overlooked skills needed for life after high school and learn how to use your student's IEP transition plan to gain them.

*The last 30 minutes of training is time set aside for open discussion and Q & A.*

PNCR training events are available at no cost to parents, family members, caregivers, and community members whose children and loved ones have disabilities. We also encourage and welcome professionals working with children and families to attend at no cost however, please remember, PNCR trainings are NOT designed or intended for use as professional development training hours. The content and delivery of our trainings is designed to focus on informing and meeting the needs of parents and family members as they partner with their child's educational team and school district to ensure an appropriate education for their child.

If you are a professional and are not sure if this training will meet your needs please contact the PNCR office at 518-640-3333 or email info@pncrny.org.
