Please review the event information below prior to registering:
1. Registration costs $50 per attendee. We accept PayPal and credit card payments via this form, but if you need to pay by check, invoice or purchase order, please mark “check” under payment options. Then, email Kaye Rowe at krowe@seisummit.org at your earliest convenience to process your payment.
2. Please select up to TWO (2) breakout sessions for each attendee you register. The breakout session descriptions are listed here. Please note some sessions have limited capacities based on content and space availability, so the sooner you register, the better. (Some breakout sessions have already filled up!)
3. Ohio-Approved credit (3.5 hours) has been approved. Continuing Education credits are pending approval.
