Our networking opportunities include golf on Wednesday, Thursday lunch, and Thursday evening dinner and our hospitality suite on Wednesday and Thursday evening.

The Golf Tournament will be held on Wednesday, July 12th at the Page Belcher's Stone Creek Golf Course, Tulsa, and will begin at 8:30 a.m.  Lunch will be served at the golf course for all golfers. For more information on golf, please contact Steve Commons at steve.commons@edmondok.com.

 PAYMENT OPTIONS- TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OUR EARLY BIRD RATE

Early Bird registration is $175.00 for members and $225.00 for non-members.  To take advantage of Early Bird registration, you must be registered no later than June 30, 2017.

After June 30, 2017,  registration is $200.00 for members and $250.00 for non-members. If you are participating in the AMP program, the fee for this conference is $25 total. Golf is $60.00 per player for golf, cart, beverages and lunch.

You can pay with any major credit card through PayPal. (You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay with a credit card. Just choose the PayPal option and then choose to pay with a credit card.

PLEASE NOTE: If you choose "Pay by check" your email confirmation of registration is your invoice. You will not be sent a separate invoice.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE

Registration is open through July 7, 2017. Early Bird registration is through June 30, 2017.

STUDENT, SPONSORS OR MIT REGISTRATION
