EVENTS: Men’s Open, Women’s Open, Quad Open, Junior; Singles, Doubles & Mixed Doubles. Weather permitting a consolation round will be offered.

ENTRY FEE: CAD $80 - Men's Open, Women's Open & Quad Divisions, $50- Junior players,  $65.00 Coach/Guest Fee. Payment can be made by credit card online with registration. Includes: (Airport Transfers, Tournament Hotel to Court Transfers, Tournament  Lunches (breaskfast included with hotel), Players' Dinner and Player Package).

TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Thursday June 29th, 2017

TRAVEL: Participants must submit travel arrangements including flight numbers, airline, and arrival times by Friday, July 7th, 2017 to receive assistance with ground transportation between airport and hotel. Official arrival days are July 19th and 20th. Transportation may not be provided outside of these dates.

VISAS: Please note that players carrying passports from certain nations require visas to enter Canada. Please check with your local Canadian embassy to verify whether a visa is needed. If players are missing required visas prior to departure it is unlikely entry to Canada will be granted. 

NEW ENTRY REQUIREMENT NOW IN EFFECT: visa-exempt foreign nationals who fly to or transit through Canada need an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA). Exceptions include U.S. citizens and travellers with a valid Canadian visa.

SIGN-IN: SINGLES:  All players accepted into the Main/Second Draw must sign-in personally or by phone with the Referee by 3:30pm on Thursday, July 20, 2017.  A player who signs in by phone and does not appear for a tournament will be fined according to the Code of Conduct.  Players who do not sign in will be left out of the draw. It is the players' responsibility to have the correct telephone details. 

DOUBLES:  One player of a doubles pair must sign in for doubles with the Referee by 12:00pm on Friday, July 21, 2017 regardless of whether they have declared their wish to play doubles on their entry form. Any player who has not signed-in, in person as required, shall not be included in the draw.

MIXED DOUBLES: The ITF is trying to grow this event on the ITF Wheelchair Tennis Tour. Weather and time permitting, the tournament will run an exhibition Mixed Doubles event. Players are encouraged to sign-up for this event. Please note this is currently a non-sanctioned, non-prize money event. Further information on this event will be provided on-site at the tournament.

TOURNAMENT DRAW: The Draw will take place at the Kamloops Tennis Centre on Thursday, July 20th at 4:30pm. The Tournament Referee will conduct the draw. Everyone is welcome to attend. The complete draw and order of play will be posted at the host hotel Thursday evening and the tournament site Friday morning.

START OF PLAY: Matches may be scheduled to start as early as 8:00 am Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. PLEASE NOTE: All Divisions must be prepared to begin playing on Friday morning.

SCHEDULE: Final matches for singles and doubles will be scheduled for Sunday, July 23, 2017. Athletes should plan to be available for matches until Sunday at 5pm. Early flight departures will not be accommodated.

PRIZES: USD $3000 will be distributed in the Open and Quad Divisions based on the ITF prize money regulations.  Please note: prize money will not be provided in the Mixed Doubles event as it is a non-sanctioned event.

OFFICIALS: A Tournament Referee and roving umpires will be available during the tournament. Chair umpires will be provided for Main Draw (singles/doubles) matches from the quarterfinals onwards.

MATCHES: All matches will be the best 2 out of 3 sets with the ITF tie-break system in place

WARM UP: 5 minutes

DEFAULTS: The 15 minute default rule will be strictly enforced.

PRACTICE COURTS: There will be limited access to practice courts before and during the competition. Details to follow.

DRESS CODE: Proper tennis attire required.

GENERAL: The tournament will be played in accordance with the Rules of Tennis and ITF regulations.

CONDUCT: ITF Code of Conduct for the UNIQLO Wheelchair Tennis Tour shall be strictly enforced.
