Science Breakthroughs 2030 Reception

Please join us as we celebrate the launch of Science Breakthroughs 2030

Wednesday, June 14 at 5:30 p.m.

National Academy of Sciences, Fred Kavli Auditorium
2101 Constitution Ave NW, Washington, DC 20418

Light hors d'oeuvres and refreshments will be served.

The reception will include a brief speaking program where the Science Breakthroughs 2030 co-chairs and sponsors will share more about the effort, its goals, and how you can participate. Science Breakthroughs 2030 is an innovative project to determine the greatest research opportunities in the next decade within food and agriculture. The project will involve input from hundreds of researchers and stakeholders to produce a vision that capitalizes on emerging trends, encourages greater interdisciplinary research, and informs the decisions of policymakers and academic leaders.

The reception is co-hosted by the Foundation for Food and Agriculture Research, the Supporters of Agricultural Research Foundation, and the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine.
