Calling all card makers and scrappers! Color layering is a hot trend right now and Hero Arts has made it so easy for you to add this technique to your scrapbook layout, card or decorative art work. Using their coordinated inks, stamps and dies, color layering is a fun technique with many variations, giving you a different look each time. Join us to learn the ins and outs, tips and tricks of this new way to add interest and dimension to your projects. An added bonus: we’ll be playing with Tim Holtz’s Distress Oxide inks and stencils.
