2018 NCDS Exhibitor Registration 

Join us May 17 - 18, 2018  to exhibit at the 162nd Annual Session at Kingston Plantation Resort, Embassy Suites in Myrtle Beach, SC. The North Carolina Dental Society Annual Session is the largest dental convention in the Carolinas with over 1,800 attendees. Register on-line today to showcase your products and services to over 500 dentists, 500 dental team members plus spouses, families and guests.

We offer 122 booths which are assigned on a first come, first serve basis. Exhibitors must register online and we do not offer a paper registration form. Please note: You will need to register online and pay by credit card at this time. Payments are non-refundable. Refunds for cancellations will only be given if the exhibit hall is sold out and we can resell your booth.

Elite: $1,375 
Premium: $1,200 
Standard: $1,050

Exhibit Hall Hours: 
Wednesday, May 16 - 1pm - 7pm: Exhibitor Set-Up (Convention Makers onsite)
Thursday, May 17 - 11am - 6pm: Exhibit Hall Open
Friday, May 18 - 8am - 5pm: Exhibit Hall Open

Booth Specifications
Note: Trade show floor is carpeted.
8' X 8' booth with black pipe & drape: 8' tall back, 3' tall sides
One 6' X 2' covered & skirted display table with 2 folding chairs
One 7" x 44" Company Sign (B&W)
Basic electrical is included. Internet is not included.
Convention Makers is our show decorator. All shipments must be sent to them directly and not to the hotel.
