Developing & Sustaining a High-Functioning Team Workshop

Leaders will be assessed utilizing DiSC^®, the leading personal assessment tool used to improve work productivity, teamwork, and communication. This module will provide the necessary tools to allow a Leader to become an extraordinary leader by understanding the importance of leadership competence and practicing behaviors that gain the respect of their employees, peers, and superiors. Becoming more savvy and influential will strengthen one’s ability to leverage needed resources and support for increased opportunities.
