Nursing Informatics: Transitions of Care 

We are proud to announce the Portland Community of Nursing Informaticians and HIMSS Oregon will jointly host an event focused on transitions of care.  Cost is just $15 for HIMSS Members and $20 Non-Members.  Registration fee includes free drink ticket and appetizers.
