  • Sales measurement and benchmarking

Part 2 – Building Your Business through Gold Medal Customer Service ...  Bill Klingberg

                                   Adam Goldman
Adam’s varied experience in business, startups and franchising has given him the expertise to help entrepreneurs. Over his 20 year career, Adam has founded three successful companies on two continents. Adam loves starting businesses because of the excitement, flexibility, and upside that they bring.  Mr. Goldman’s professional credentials include a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a concentration in entrepreneurship from the University of California Berkeley.

                                     Bill Klingberg
Bill specializes in wholesale operations, sales or sales management questions, marketing, licenses to obtain, writing a business plan and applying for a loan. Bill can help with cash flow projections as well as inventory management. He has experience with sales and production forecasting, pricing and gross margin analysis.
