Life Cycle of a Donor Database

With 37 years in the fund development world, I have seen the evolution of fundraising databases from index cards, spreadsheets, DOS to Windows and to present day data visualization tools paired with data warehouse for BIG data. After a brief walk down bad memory lane, we will focus on the following:

  • What good data can do for you
  • What is good data
  • How to use data for trend analysis, descriptive statistics and predictive analytics
  • A few key implementation techniques
