 The HATS Regional Freight Summit is an opportunity for those with a vested interest in South Central Pennsylvania's freight industry to come together and discuss the wide variety of issues they are facing today -- topics such as posted and bonded roadways, increased truck traffic and crashes, aging bridges and much more.
The summit will include presentations on the HATS region's multimodal freight profile and critical urban and rural freight corridors; a discussion on strategic
 choices for regional freight movement; and development of an implementation plan to address the above issues.PennDOT Policy Director Roger J. Cohen will offer the keynote address.
