Inspire Weekend August 2017

 

Join Michael King and Malcolm Muirhead at the amazing Boswell Farm, in Devon for this great weekend event. Each day’s schedule has a country walk of one hour combined with a Pilates Matwork Class and a Pilates Equipment Session in the morning and another Matwork Class and a Studio Equipment session in the afternoon.  

Accommodation is in shared cottages on the farm and with the choice of self-catering or catered meals.  Please note if you decide to stay off site there is an additional fee per day to be paid to Boswell Farm to work with us in their facilities.  Please contact Boswell Farm directly for the details.

We see these events as a time for you to become our clients for the weekend and have a great physical and mental experience.  The weekends are open to anybody with Pilates experience although you do not need have been on the Studio Equipment before.  Let us expand your knowledge of Pilates and introduce you to the equipment repertoire as we try to tailor your sessions to your specific physical needs and goals.

We want these events to be small so we are limiting the size of the group to 20 as that way we can really have a very powerful and personal weekend for you.  The classes will be a maximum of 10 people and the equipment sessions 5 at a time.  With the equipment studio and the Matwork studio both on the grounds you will have an unrivalled opportunity to give yourself some personal time both over the lunchtime and in the evenings.

You have a selection of different types of rooms from Private On Suite Rooms to Shared Bedrooms  in shared cottages and these are on a first frist come basis with varying prices depending on your choice.
