Hands on Financial Calculations for Commercial Real Estate - HP10BII
This is a calculator course not a CCIM course—no CCIM Credits.
Hands-on class
This course will:
- Provide commercial real estate professionals with the essential skills needed to proficiently use the HP10B or HP10BII
- Set up the calculator
- Solve basic and advanced Time Value of Money problems
- Amortization, Loan Calculations
- Cash Flow Analysis, Internal Rate of Return and Net Present Value Calculations
Bring HP 10BII (not HP10BII+) calculator or purchase APP for iPhone or Android
Cost:$120 for WSGVAR Members
$150 for Non-WSGVAR Members
A continental breakfast and lunch will be provided during this course.
