Social Media & Customer Service: Tips for your local business

As social media continues to grow and customer review sites attract more visitors, your online presence plays an even larger role in how customers are discovering local businesses. Monitoring your business on these networks is a must, but it’s also becoming increasingly important to regularly produce high quality content in order to be found online. By understanding the customer journey, you can improve customer acquisition, increase revenue and drive customer satisfaction for your local business. Join Main Street Hub's Emma Vaughn for this educational seminar where you'll learn:

1. How to respond to negative reviews on Yelp

2. Ways to spread word of mouth on Facebook & Instagram

3. How to see a return on investment with Twitter

4. How to boost your customer service

NOTE: This workshop is best suited for local businesses with a physical location (brick and mortar businesses).
