September Seminar

 Leadership from the Inside Out

About the Seminar

You are a leader – yes, YOU! Regardless of your position on the org chart, you are a leader. Leadership is not a job but a way of thinking and communicating your values to those around you. In this interactive workshop, you’ll learn how to shift your mindset to that of a leader and gain strategies to enable and empower you to lead others and impact organizational outcomes.

This session specifically focuses on harnessing the leadership skills and values you possess and expressing them – leadership from the inside out. In order to grow, you must establish guiding principles for yourself. As we work though situational leadership discussions, you will learn how to self-evaluate your abilities and to communicate more effectively your areas of strength and areas that need improvement. The lessons of this workshop can be applied to leaders at all levels of their organization.
