EVENT LOCATION  - 7128 Columbia Pike, Annandale, VA  

This is a fundraising event for the Baileys Crossroads Volunteer and Annandale Volunteer Fire Departments. This is the second event for 2017 of three events that we have scheduled. Thank You for your attendance in the past and hope you will join us again for this event..

EVENT DETAILS  -  Saturday, July 29, 2017    2:00pm - 5:00pm.

Menu includes: Crab legs, Steam Spiced Shrimp, Hotdogs, Hush Puppies, Fresh Corn-on-the-Cob Coleslaw and all the fixings

For our non seafood eaters - Pulled Pork Barbeque sandwich available on request (while they last)

Endless soft drinks and water are now included  

Beer, Wine and Assorted Desserts will be available for purchase.(Must be 21 to purchase or possess alcohol)

NEW! You can pre-purchase your tickets for beer, wine and desserts in advance for a terrific savings, this price is only available only at the time of pre-registration (Not available the day of the event).

There will be a silent auction and 50/50 raffle drawings.

Ticket Prices:  $45.00 per person.  Ages 6-11 $20.00   -{WITH PAID ADULT}-   Age 5 & under - FREE.  Cost will be higher ($55.00 and $25.00 ages 6-12) the day of the event.

You can also choose to pay by check, however we must receive your check no later than July 22, 2017, after that date, only credit cards will be accepted for on line purchase.

In Person, If you prefer to purchase your tickets in person and pay cash, you can stop by the Annandale VFD BINGO games which are held on Mondays or Thursday evenings in our hall.

Corporate Partnership Information

The Annandale VFD and Baileys Crossroads VFD have corporate partnerships available for this event. For your sponsorship, you will receive tickets to the event, sponsor badges and recognition at the event and on each of the department's website. Corporate sponsors will also be allowed to provide branded company items for each of the attendees and there will be a table available for those sponsors to place any materials that they would like to make available. You and/or your guests will be allowed early access to the event hall (12:45 p.m.).

• First Responder Level -  $  250.00  -  (includes 2 Event Tickets)
• EMT Level  -                   $  500.00  -  (Includes 4 Event Tickets)
• Firefighter Level -           $  750.00  -  (Includes 6 Tickets)
• Fire Chief Level -           $1,000.00  -  (Includes 8 Tickets)
