Registration Fee Information
- The registration fee is $49.00 per person, and must be paid in full by Thursday, October 12.  If mailing in a check, the letter must be postmarked by Oct. 12th.  Beginning October 13, all upaid registrants will be charged the late registration fee of $59.00 per person, through Oct. 23rd.
- Online registration for the event closes at Monday midnight, October 23.  Following that, attendees can register on-site.  The on-site registration fee is $90.00 per person.
- ALL REGISTRATION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, but may be transferred to another person, for Camporee 2017 registration fees only.

Background Check for Adults
- All adults attending must be cleared - by Verified Volunteers or Shield the Vulnerable.  Please send in a completed State Camporee 2017 Background Checklist by Thursday, October 12.  Be sure that each adult name has an expiration/completed date listed, and that your pastor (or a notary) co-signs the paper.  You can email your list to:  path.adv@floridaconference.com

Excuse Letter for School
- For students who will miss school, due to attending this Camporee, here is an excuse letter that you can give to your schools/teachers:  Absence from School Request for State Camporee 2017

No Day Visitors
- This is a closed event.  There will be NO Day Guests or Day Passes for this Camporee.  Only those that register for the event will be allowed entrance to the Camporee.

Food Vendors
- We are inviting clubs who would like to earn money, to be a Food Vendor at the Camporee.  The fee for a club to be a Food Vendor is $25.  If your club requires electricity, limited electricity will be available for an additional $25 Electricity Fee (maximum of one (1) plug-in per vendor).
- The first 12 clubs to register/pay, beginning Monday, Oct. 16, at 12:00 noon, will be accepted as the Camporee Food Vendors.

Camporee T-Shirts
- You can pre-purchase a shirt at the special price of $8.00 each through Wednesday midnight, Oct. 25.
- Or, you can purchase a shirt at the regular price of $9.00 each, on-site in the Camporee Office (Live Oak in the Administration Building), beginning Thursday, Oct. 26, at 2:00pm.

5K Run/Walk
Hello Pathfinders,
- We are excited to invite you to participate in a 5K (Run/Walk) at our FL Pathfinder Camporee coming up at the end of October!
- To be involved, you have to do two (2) things:   5K Camporee Run/Walk     
     1)  Register - Pay the $5 fee to register (this will get you some cool gear as part of your fee)
     2)  Get Sponsors - Each participant needs to raise $25 in donations
That's it!   Well ... you should probably start training/running ... it is a little over 3 miles!

- Remember, every time we raise $50 (that's two participants each raising $25) ... that transfers into ONE child in Haiti getting health care for a full year!
