2017 Public Relations & Human Resources Summit 

NYSARC is pleased to sponsor the 2017 Public Relations/Development and Human Resources Educational Summit.  Don't miss this opportunity to gain valuable information and network with other like professionals from Chapters across the state.

Cancellation Policy: Summit refunds will be given if cancelled no later than Monday, July 10, 2017. NO SHOWS WILL BE BILLED FULL REGISTRATION FEE OF $150.00.

**Please note that hotel accommodations are at the Fort William Henry Hotel.  However, once the room block is filled, overflow rooms will be booked at the Best Western Hotel located at 2452 NY-9N, Lake George.  Room rates are listed below.  The Fort William Henry rooms will be booked on a first-come first-serve basis.  You MUST indicate what level room you are requesting, single or double.  You must also present a tax exempt form when checking in.There are a number of price options available.  This is peak season so early registration is very important. HOTEL RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE NO LATER THAN JULY 12, 2017 to receive the Summit group rate.  A one night deposit will be required when making your reservation.

A couple of notes about sleeping room levels:

1) Standard rooms are the original units (with same quality bedding).  There are two options: Mountainside (faces parking lot) and Lakeside (faces pool/lake). Lakeside rooms also have a small outdoor sitting porch as well.) You must indicate your preference when registering (1st floor rooms are accessible.)

2) Premium rooms are inside rooms on the lower level near the indoor pool area (accessible rooms.)

3) Grand king/double are located in the main hotel and are accessible by elevator or stairs.

4) Best Western rooms are located at the overflow property.

5) Meals are included in package prices and will be served at the main hotel. Dinner on Wednesday night is on your own.  However, a group social hour is planned for 8pm.  Thursday night dinner is on your own or you may purchase Dinner Cruise tickets for $49.00.  Tickets must be ordered and paid for through your Summit registration.

Best Western Single: $427.60 (includes Wednesday social hour, Thursday breakfast and lunch, Friday breakfast and lunch, all refreshment breaks, and room for two nights.)

Best Western Double: $256.60 (includes Wednesday social hour, Thursday breakfast and lunch, Friday breakfast and lunch, all refreshment breaks, and room for two nights.)

What you need to know...

Fort William Henry provides a relaxed atmosphere.  Please dress comfortably- jeans and sneakers are an acceptable choice for this summit.

If you are a COMMUTER please be sure to complete the Commuter Registration Form.

If you plan to take the Thursday night Dinner Cruise you will need to order and pay for your dinner tickets through your NYSARC registration. Cost is $49.00 per person.  

As in the past, the Summit Planning Committee will have a 50/50 raffle! Tickets will be $1 each or $5 for an arm-length. Two winners will be picked!

Door prizes will be awarded through out the Summit.  If you can, please bring a few of your Chapter "giveaways" to contribute.
