Adult First Aid/CPR 

This course will prepare you to recognize and care for a variety of first aid, breathing, and cardiac emergencies involving adults, and meets ANSI Z133 and OSHA requirements.

This training is based on the 2015 guidelines from the ILCOR (International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation) International Census on CPR and ECC (Emergency Cardiovascular Care) Science with Treatment Recommendations, as published by the American Heart Association, and the ILCOR First Aid Task Force.

Class will include a combination of video, workbook, lecture, demonstration, and hands-on practice.   To become certified in this course, students must participate in all course activities and demonstrate proficiency in all required skills.
