MBSR Refresher

This is a monthly refresher session for graduates of the 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program. Sessions are held on the third Tuesday of each month from 6:00 - 7:30 pm and will generally consist of a guided practice, a reading and / or video, and discussion of an aspect of mindfulness and mindfulness practice. Keep your mindfulness practice strong! If you've lapsed, come back and remember why you started practicing.

Here's what other MBSR grads have to say about these refresher sessions:

"Extremely refreshing. Reminds me of what I need to do daily."

"Wonderful, calming and helps to focus & be more mindful. Healing energy!"

"Thoroughly relaxing and reminded me how important mindfulness is for one's well-being."

"So wonderful to reconnect with my practice with like-minded people. I feel renewed. Thank you!"
