The 1st Annual Find-Her-Footing Sweat-A-Thon is making its way to The Greater York Center for Dance Education THIS August! The three-hour event will offer various workouts for all ages from dance fitness like Zumba and Hip Hop, to Pound-ing it out with drum sticks. There will even be a special appearance by Miss York County herself! We're offering our participants a fun, family-friendly afternoon not only to shake, shimmy and sweat, but also raise money for a great cause! We can't wait to see you there!

All proceeds from the Sweat-A-Thon will be donated to the AFTH Expecting and Birth Parent Support Fund.
The AFTH Expecting and Birth Parent Support Fund provides financial assistance to birth parents going through pregnancy, which can include housing, travel, and doctor's appointment costs.
