We are pleased to invite you to participate in the upcoming Marianist Administrators Conference to be held in St. Louis, MO on October 22 - 24th.  This year's conference will be held at the Sheraton Westport Chalet Hotel just minutes from the airport.  The hotel is located in Westport Plaza, a highly recognized business and entertainment district.  There are many popular entertainment options in the evening such as the Backstreet Jazz & Blues Club, the Funny Bone Comedy Club & the Jive and Wail dueling piano bar.

The Marianist Administrators Conference (MAC) is a great opportunity to gain professional and spiritual insights, and to network with leaders from other Marianist-sponsored ministries.  MAC participants include presidents and principals of sponsored schools and directors of sponsored retreat centers.

Registration & Travel Information

To help us prepare for a successful conference, we ask that you register online by September 8. Please also book your travel by this date.  This is important to help plan our rooming requirements and control costs. You will need to have your travel information to complete your registration form.

In planning your travel, please arrive on Sunday, October 22 in time to attend the Opening Mass starting at 4:30 pm.  The conference will run through the evening of Tuesday, October 24, so departures should be booked for Wednesday, October 25.  If your airline travel requires your arrival on Saturday, please indicate this on the registration page.  Hotel accommodations and shuttle transportation will be provided.

Please note that check-in for the conference will begin at 3:00 pm based on room availability. So please plan accordingly. 

There will be no need to rent automobiles while attending the conference.  For those traveling by airline, the hotel offers a shuttle service. Specific details on shuttle pick up will be sent in September.

New Administrators

New administrators are required to attend a Sunday afternoon orientation session.  If you are a new administrator and traveling from out of town, please arrive by October 21 and we will provide hotel accommodations and transportation.  If you live locally, please arrive at the Sheraton Westport Chalet by 11:30 am on Sunday, October 22.  The session will begin at noon and lunch will be served.
