With over 15 years of expreience at CDA as Policy Analyst, and as a Dental Benefits Specialist on dental benefit issues, Greg Alterton has worked at resolving individual members' benefit plan payment issues, answering questions and assisting offices to navigate through their patients' dental benefit plans' policies, and identifying broader issues to address at the level of policy making.  Greg's experience includes having worked as a staff member in the Legislature, for Governor's office, and in the private sector, including health insurance companies.  Throughout his career he has been working on resolving problems - a key responsibility in his position as as Dental Benefit Plan Specialst with CDA Practice Support.
