This year, the Bi-County Empowerment Conference focuses on the recovery-based services we have fought so hard to get.  Attendees will learn from peers and beneficiaries of peer support how they too can use these services to build their own best recovery.  We help attendees understand what is available and how to connect with what they want and need.

Registration fee is $40.  A very limited number of scholarships are available for recipients of mental health services – please register early.  Those transporting attendees may also qualify for free attendance – click for details.
