Target Audience/Prerequisites

This webinar is intended for the prescribing physician and healthcare staff who may be involved with the decision to utilize an interferon gamma release assay (IGRA) test in screening individuals for tuberculosis.

Conference Goal
Upon completion of this web-based training, participants will be able to list the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommendations for screening individuals for tuberculosis using the IGRA test, discuss the mechanics of the test, and define benefits and challenges related to IGRA testing methods.

Continuing Education
Continuing education will not be offered for participation in this web-based training. A Certificate of Attendance will be provided only upon request.
