2017 ITS Minnesota Annual Fall Forum

ITS Minnesota cordially invites you to join us for the 23rd Annual Fall Forum on Tuesday, October 17 and Wednesday, October 18, 2017. Be sure to reserve your spot at this year's event!

The focus of this year's Fall Forum includes Smart Cities, Autonomous and Connected Vehicles, and Connected Corridors, and will feature industry-leading speakers from across the country.

Registration Information:
The fee includes parking, materials, continental breakfast, and lunch. No refunds will be issued for cancelled registrations.

One-Day Member Organization*: $80
One-Day Non-Member Organization: $100

Two-Day Member Organization*: $100
Two-Day Non-Member Organization: $120

Student / Retiree / Legislative / Media: $20

Sponsor/Exhibitor Registration

Sponsorship is greatly appreciated! The sponsorship fee for the conference is $200 (Member Organizations); $400 (Non-Member Organizations). Sponsorship entitles you to the following:

One registration to the event.
Name prominently displayed on an easel at the event.
Name on the Sponsor/Exhibitor list in the participant packets.
Option to have a table-top or free-standing display located in the main event room. The exhibit space is limited and will be filled on a first-come basis.
PowerPoint slides featuring all sponsoring companies to be shown in the main event room before the start of the program and during breaks.

Other Sponsorship Opportunities

There are 4 additional Sponsorship Opportunites for $100. These Opportunities are first-come, first served, and there is only 1 sponsorship available per (Breakfast, Lunch, Reception). As an organization, you may choose to Sponsor one of the following.

Reception Sponsorship (Day 1)
Breakfast Sponsorship (Day 2)
