Lien and Bond Claims Seminar: Mechanic's Liens; Payment Bond Claims on Public Projects; Lien Waivers and Releases. This seminar provides the participant with an overview of the Texas laws that govern mechanic's liens on private projects as well as payment bond claims on public projects, including state and federal projects.
