22nd Annual Wienerschnitzel Wiener Nationals 

The 22nd running of the Wienerschnitzel Wiener Nationals will be on Saturday, July 22, 2017, with proceeds to benefit the Seal Beach Animal Care Center.

Doors open at 4:30 p.m. and the first of 11 Wienerschnitzel Wiener National races is set for 6:30 p.m. with the live horse-racing program to be held in conjunction with the dachshund races.

The Wiener Nationals Championship race will be held at approximately 9:15 p.m.

Admission is $5 for adults; Children 17 and under are free. $5 dollar admission includes grandstand and clubhouse access. General parking is free. If you purchase tickets by registering here, you will pick them up at the SBACC tent in front of the Race Course the day of the event. You can also purchase tickets at the Care Center, from a Care Center Volunteer, or from Up, Up & Away Kites or the Sun Newspaper offices on Main Street Seal Beach!

We suggest fans arrive early on the day of the event as seating is on a "first come first serve" basis. For safety reasons, only dachshunds participating in the Wiener Nationals are allowed to come in to the racetrack. NO OTHER DOGS WILL BE ALLOWED.
