Welcome all levels of painters, seriously, beginners are most welcome! You can totally do this! This month, we will enjoy three weeks full of watercolor meets mixed media, and we're doing all of it in the Dina Wakely Media Journal! Yes...watercolors on completely different substrates, you're going to loooove this!!! It's also a shorter series, as we will be skipping the week of July 13th. However, we are planning to use this same incredible journal in the 5-week August series! Woohoo

*Please note, the Dina Wakley Media Journal is not included in the cost of the class. You may opt to simply bring plain watercolor paper to class in it's place, but the journal we are working in does not include watercolor paper, so some of the techniques used in this series are to teach you to turn any substrate into a watercolor friendly surface.

Pencil & Eraser

Watercolor Brushes - at the very least a size 6, but assorted sizes will be used, so bring what you have

Water Brush - if you have one, please bring one, otherwise there will be some to purchase as well.

Watercolor Paints (pencils not suggested)

Metallic Watercolors - I'm using Prima Metallic palette & assorted Daniel Smith metallics

Lg Brush (1" square is good) - Not a quality watercolor brush
